Connect brand audits, product evidence, creator fit, campaign strategy, live optimisation and ROI decisions into one operating system.
A brand intelligence system improves sales when it connects brand, product, competitor, creator, campaign, contract, content, payment and performance data under one model of evidence and permissions. It is not a chat box where you type "give me a strategy". The job of AI in such a system is not to invent numbers; it is to turn signals from the right sources into clear decision options that a person then approves.
Separate Brand Intelligence from agency service
An agency usually runs operations on the brand's behalf. A Brand OS is decision and operations infrastructure that runs on the brand team's own data and approvals. Creator invitations, contracts, payments, content approval, Instagram publishing and advertising status all require human approval. The system proposes, validates dependencies, keeps the record and routes work to the right desk.
This transparency is not "less premium". Quite the opposite: what an enterprise brand needs is the ability to audit who made which decision, based on which data.
Eight connected intelligence layers
| Layer | Canonical data | Decision produced |
|---|---|---|
| Brand audit | Profile, website, past campaigns | Readiness and data gaps |
| Product intelligence | Public product documents, owned seller data | Offer, page and UGC priorities |
| Competitor and market | Sourced public-web evidence | Differentiation and opportunity hypotheses |
| Creator fit | Matching engine score | Ranked suitable creators with reasoning |
| Campaign strategy | Goal, budget, product dependencies | Editable Campaign Studio draft |
| Content and UGC | Brief, rights, revisions, approval | A usable creative portfolio |
| Live optimisation | Real platform insights | Human-approved continue or stop decisions |
| ROI | Payments, deliveries, tracking, conversions | Contribution report with visible coverage |
Each layer feeds the next. A product insight shapes the brief, the brief shapes creator selection, approved content feeds optimisation, and real payment and conversion records close the loop in the ROI layer.
Classify your evidence
A platform KPI and a claim found on the open web are not the same thing. Influencer Marketplace uses three evidence planes:
- Platform evidence: campaign, contract, delivery, payment, tracking and conversion records.
- Brand connections: consented Instagram/Meta, store, analytics or seller API data.
- Public-web evidence: current market and competitor research and publicly available product documents.
The time and scope of every piece of evidence should be visible. When there is no source, saying "we don't know" is a more valuable executive output than false certainty.
Design the AI workflow to production standards
Every analysis is written to a durable BrandIntelligenceRun record. It stores the input snapshot, model and prompt version, strict output, evidence URLs, token use, latency, retries and error codes. Chat history is never used as a substitute for the analysis record.
Production rules:
- Limit the expected fields with a Structured Outputs schema.
- Treat website and web-search content as untrusted data, never as system instructions.
- Keep the OpenAI API key on the backend only.
- Use an idempotency key so the same request is never duplicated.
- When a run fails, do not deduct the user's allowance, or reverse the usage.
- Never let AI turn an action that requires human approval into a completed state.
Do not leave creator recommendations to the LLM
Creator–brand fit should not be ranked on a language model's intuition alone. The Influencer Marketplace matching engine evaluates category, location, platform, engagement, reliability, price and campaign dependencies deterministically. The LLM does not change the score; it explains the reasoning behind the existing ranking. An invitation is only created when a brand user approves it.
This separation stops persuasive text from hiding weak data.
Carry product insight into the campaign
Insight only matters when it changes a brief. Two examples:
- If a competitor's product page is vague about measurements in use, the UGC brief can aim to show the real size on camera.
- If review text mentions friction during setup, a creator video can show an uninterrupted setup demo.
AI still cannot invent a product identity, usage rights or advertising claims. Campaign Studio fills the canonical campaign model and cannot skip its gates: PAID, UGC and HYBRID campaigns need a budget; PRODUCT, BARTER and PR_GIFTING campaigns need shipping details; AFFILIATE campaigns must pass store, product and commission gates. You can build this evidence per product in the Product Intelligence desk.
Package by product capability
Brand Intelligence should not be sold as a single, unlimited feature. Product workspaces, audits, competitor research, creator recommendations, Executive OS, UGC, publishing, Meta ads, optimisation and ROI are separate entitlements. Admins define price, currency, billing period, credits, limits, trials, discounts, add-ons and customer overrides without changing code.
This lets a brand buy only the services it needs, and lets the platform manage the real cost of usage. Brands can adjust their packages from the subscription screen.
Measure success in operations, not AI answers
Brand OS success is not "how many answers did the AI give?". Track these operational metrics instead:
- Time from first brand sign-up to first completed campaign
- Time from brief to an approved UGC asset
- Creator invitation acceptance and delivery reliability
- Approval rate at the first revision
- Number of publications blocked because usage rights were missing
- Tracking coverage and the share of conversions that can be measured
- Net contribution after returns
- The acceptance, rejection and outcome history of decision recommendations

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Brand Intelligence guarantee sales?
No. It improves data quality, decision speed and experiment discipline. Product-market fit, the offer, stock and operations still determine the result.
Can AI run the brand on its own?
AI can draft tasks and content. Invitations, contracts, payments, publishing, budgets and advertising status should never change without explicit human approval.
Can a small brand use it?
Yes. Per-product packaging lets a small brand start with one product and limited analysis, then add UGC or performance add-ons once signals appear.
Where does the evidence behind a recommendation come from?
From one of three planes: platform records, consented brand connections or sourced public-web evidence. The time and scope of each source should be visible, and where no source exists, the system should say so rather than guess.
