To connect your social media accounts to Influencer Marketplace, log in to the portal, open Verification from the left menu, choose the card for the platform you want to add and enter your username or channel details. The system then verifies the account and pulls in your statistics. A connected, verified profile earns a badge, ranks higher in search and keeps your follower and engagement data up to date, all of which matters when brands decide who to work with.
If you have not created a creator account yet, sign up as an influencer first, then follow the steps below.
Why connect your social media accounts?
A trustworthy, verified profile is critical when brands decide who to work with. Connecting your accounts gives you:

Without connected accounts, a brand has to take your numbers on trust. With them, your profile shows data the platform has checked, which shortens the brand's decision.
Before you start: a quick checklist
Account settings are the first thing to get right. Check these before you connect:
- Your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account.
- Your accounts are public, not private.
- You are actively posting on each platform you connect.
- You have your exact usernames or channel URL to hand.
- On Instagram, at least 1,000 followers is recommended; on YouTube, at least 500 subscribers is recommended.
How to connect Instagram
- Log in to the portal and select Verification from the left menu.
- In the "Social Media Accounts" section, find the Instagram card.
- Enter your Instagram username without the @ symbol.
- The system verifies your account and pulls in your statistics.
Important notes:
- Your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account.
- Your account must not be private.
- At least 1,000 followers is recommended.
How to connect YouTube
- Go to Portal, then Verification, and select the YouTube card.
- Enter your YouTube channel URL or username.
- Your channel information and subscriber count are fetched automatically.
Requirements:
- Your channel must be public.
- At least 500 subscribers is recommended.
- You are expected to be uploading content actively.
How to connect TikTok
- Go to Portal, then Verification, and select the TikTok card.
- Enter your TikTok username.
- Account verification is carried out.
Requirements:
- Your account must be public.
- You are expected to be posting content actively.
Connecting Twitter (X)
The same steps apply to Twitter (X): select the relevant card on the Verification page and enter your username. Connecting every platform where you are active gives brands a complete picture of your reach.
How long verification takes
- Automatic verification: completes within a few minutes.
- Manual review: can take 24–48 hours in special cases.
- You receive an email when verification is complete.
If your account is still unverified after that, re-check the checklist above: a private profile or a personal (non-business) Instagram account are the settings to look at first.

Yes. You can remove a connected account at any time from the Verification page.
Can I connect more than one Instagram account?
Not at the moment. You can currently connect one account per platform.
What if my account is private?
Verification needs a public account. Switch the profile to public (and, on Instagram, to a Business or Creator account), then try connecting again from the Verification page.
