Getting Started
How do I sign up?
Signing up is easy! Click "Sign Up" on the homepage, enter your email, and select your account type (Brand/Agency or Influencer). Your account will be active after email verification.
What is the difference between brand and influencer accounts?
Brand accounts are used for searching influencers, sending proposals, and managing campaigns. Influencer accounts are designed for creating profiles, evaluating brand proposals, and accepting collaborations.
Is the platform free to use?
Basic features are free. Premium plans offer additional features. Commission is only charged on successful collaborations.
Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
Brands can pay by credit or debit card (processed by PayTR) or by bank transfer (Havale/EFT). Subscriptions bought in the mobile app are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
How is my payment held?
The brand pays by card (PayTR, Turkish companies only) or bank transfer. The payment is held by the platform and released to the creator's earnings when the brand approves the delivery. If a dispute is opened, it stays on hold until it's resolved.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund for cancellation before work starts. After work begins, payment is made based on the percentage of completed work. Our support team mediates in case of disputes.
What is your commission rate?
We charge 10% commission on successful collaborations. This rate is used for platform maintenance, secure payment system, and customer support.
Finding Influencers
How do I find the right influencer?
Use our advanced filters to search by category, follower count, engagement rate, price range, and location. You can also review each creator's past campaign performance.
How does the influencer verification process work?
All influencers go through identity verification, social media account verification, and performance analysis. Verified profiles are marked with a blue checkmark.
Contracts & Collaboration
How is a contract created between a brand and an influencer?
Contracts are created automatically. When a proposal is accepted by the other party, all of its terms (scope of work, price, delivery dates) are frozen as a snapshot and the system generates a contract automatically. There is no manual paperwork to prepare.
How do I sign a contract?
First you open the contract preview and review the terms, then check 'I agree to the terms' and sign. Both the brand and the influencer must sign separately. Once both have signed, the contract becomes 'Active' and a PDF is generated automatically for your records.
What information does a contract contain?
Each contract includes a unique contract number, the scope of work and deliverables, the agreed price and currency, the platform (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and content type, delivery dates and any custom terms. For product/barter collaborations, the product description, estimated value and shipping details are also included.
Can I negotiate the terms of a proposal?
Yes. You can send a counter-offer in response to a proposal and change the price and/or scope. Both sides can keep revising until you reach an agreement — there is no limit on rounds. The moment one party accepts, the terms are locked in and the contract is created automatically.
Can I use a proposal template?
Yes. Creators can save their frequently used proposals as templates (including the message, deliverables and price), so new proposals can be prepared much faster. The system also tracks how often each template is used.
How do I submit and get deliverables approved?
The creator submits each deliverable by uploading a file or adding a content link. The brand reviews it and either approves it or requests a revision. Approved content is marked 'ready to publish,' and once published it is verified with the live post link as proof.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. The brand can request a revision on submitted content and add feedback notes. The deliverable's status becomes 'Revision requested,' and the creator resubmits a corrected version with a new version number. There is no hard cap on revisions, and every version is recorded.
What happens if a dispute arises during a collaboration?
You can open a dispute on active or completed contracts. You create a request stating the reason (delivery, quality, payment, missed deadline, etc.) with a subject, description and evidence files. The other party is given 7 days to respond, and if needed our support team mediates to resolve the case.
Can I cancel a contract?
Yes, either party can cancel a contract by providing a cancellation reason. A cancelled contract moves to the 'Cancelled' state and any linked tracking links and promo codes are deactivated. If there is an ongoing dispute, it must be resolved first.
Can I leave a review after the collaboration ends?
Yes. At the end of each campaign, both the brand and the creator can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars and leave a comment. Each party can leave one review per campaign. Public reviews are reflected in the creator's average rating on their profile.
Analytics & Reporting
What metrics does the platform track?
For creators, we track metrics such as follower count, engagement rate, average reach, likes, comments, views, saves and shares; these are calculated separately by content type (Reels, posts, stories, shorts). For brands, we provide campaign-level performance metrics such as reach, impressions, clicks, conversions and engagement rate.
Where does the social media data come from?
Data is pulled directly from the platforms' official APIs (via OAuth) when you connect your account — it is not entered manually. Access tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Twitch and Facebook are supported. Data is synced automatically on a periodic schedule (more frequently for new connections, then weekly), and you can trigger a manual sync at any time.
What is the Influencer IQ score?
The IQ score is an AI-powered analysis that rates a creator's account from 0 to 100. It evaluates five components — audience quality, content quality, engagement, growth and consistency — while also accounting for bot signals and sector benchmarks. Based on the score, accounts are tiered as STARTER, GROWING, VERIFIED, PREMIUM or ELITE. Creators can choose to display this badge on their profile.
As a brand, how do I measure campaign performance?
In the campaign dashboard you can see total reach, impressions, clicks, conversions, engagement rate and click-through rate. Based on spend, return indicators such as cost-per-reach, cost-per-engagement and cost-per-conversion (ROI) are calculated. Tracking links and conversion webhooks let you measure clicks and sales.
Can I export reports?
The Influencer IQ analysis is provided as a printable report (HTML), which you can download using your browser's 'Save as PDF' feature. There is also a monthly earnings breakdown in the earnings dashboard and campaign performance dashboards for brands. Some advanced analytics features are available on Professional and higher plans.
