1. Parties and document integrity
The parties to the work are the brand/agency and creator identified in the agreement summary, including their representative details. Platform operator Mobicraft Dijital Teknolojiler Limited Şirketi is responsible for its platform service and does not become the content-service provider unless expressly agreed. These terms are read with the frozen proposal, cash/product/commission schedule, party details and applicable country additions. The accepted revision, digest and electronic event records identify the agreed document; later profile or template changes do not replace it.
2. Scope and timetable
The commercial schedule identifies content type/quantity, description/brief, media, target markets, delivery/publication dates, IANA time zone and agreed revisions. Neither party promises assumed sales, views or engagement. The brand supplies necessary products, brief, claim substantiation and materials; the creator performs with appropriate skill and care. Ambiguous scope, extra work or timetable changes must be clarified by recorded agreement. An unapproved change must not be treated as granting a new fee or right.
3. Cash, products and commission
The fixed cash fee and currency are the actual amount in the commercial schedule. Product/experience value is not a cash service fee; a non-cash assignment does not create fixed-fee collection. Product identity, quantity, value, ownership after completion, shipping/customs costs and any return conditions must be specified separately. Affiliate rate, eligible product/sale scope, attribution period and refund/cancellation/maturity rules are recorded in their schedule. Commission depends on qualified transactions, with no minimum earnings guarantee. No tracking of every external sale is promised without the supported active store/product and country conditions. Taxes, deductions, platform charges and official documents depend on transaction and country status; universal 20% VAT or a single withholding rate is not assumed.
4. Delivery, review and shipment
The creator submits the content and required publication evidence against the work record. The brand reviews against the agreed brief and records acceptance or a reasoned revision request using the available review/dispute process. Silence is not automatically legal acceptance in every case. For shipped products, the creator supplies correct delivery details, the brand records dispatch and the creator confirms receipt. Actual events and evidence govern; a button or status change cannot represent a delivery that did not occur. Closing a non-cash assignment does not promise fixed-fee payment.
