1. Identify the transaction
Subscriptions, platform add-ons, brand–creator assignments and purchases of store products are distinct transactions. The seller, price, term, delivery/performance status, payment channel and applicable law govern. This policy does not reduce statutory rights. Document language is separate from legal country. The country selection displays relevant additions; residence, tax residence, the place of service, the advertising audience and mandatory law remain relevant. Selecting a country does not activate a payment, tax or product capability. Consumer, data protection and other local rights that cannot lawfully be waived are preserved.
2. Subscription cancellation
Manage subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play using that store’s subscription controls; refund requests follow its authorised channel. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel renewal. The term, renewal and cancellation effect for web plans is shown in the plan/account flow. Cancellation does not automatically refund every period already used.
3. Collaboration and products
A collaboration cancellation/dispute request should identify the agreement, actual deliveries, approvals, product shipment/return and any cash payment. Estimated gift value is not refunded as if it were cash paid; actual product/cost arrangements are assessed. Affiliate transactions follow qualified-sale and refund/cancellation conditions. A store product seller and product return process are separate from a content-production assignment.
4. Statutory rights and timing
Applicable consumer withdrawal, conformity, non-performance and other mandatory rights are preserved. An exception applies only when its actual legal conditions are met; no blanket advance waiver applies to every digital service. If early performance or a digital-content exception is sought, separate information and the required express request/acknowledgment must be obtained. Country scope and local rights
