Mobicraft Dijital Teknolojiler Limited Şirketi Address: Ziya Gökalp Mah. Muhsin Ertuğrul Cad. No: 3, Başakşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye Contact and privacy requests: [email protected] Platform: influencermarket.tr and the Influencer Market mobile applications. This notice addresses visitors, brand/agency representatives and creators. A collaboration counterparty or payment/store provider may independently control data it processes for its own purposes. Acknowledging this notice is not consent. Document language is separate from legal country. The country selection displays relevant additions; residence, tax residence, the place of service, the advertising audience and mandatory law remain relevant. Selecting a country does not activate a payment, tax or product capability. Consumer, data protection and other local rights that cannot lawfully be waived are preserved.
Email, name, account role, telephone, country, preferred language, time zone, date of birth and profile information you supply are processed to create and verify your account, provide support and deliver the service. Necessary account and contractual processing relies on taking steps to enter into or perform a contract. Access and security records are processed with regard to the legitimate interest in account security and preventing misuse. If you choose social sign-in, identity information supplied through Google/Apple and Firebase is used; social sign-in does not constitute marketing permission.
When you register, declare your country of residence, company, billing, tax or bank country, or request a payout, we compare the country you declared with coarse signals: the country your connection comes from (a country code derived from your IP address by our infrastructure provider), your device time zone and language/region settings, in the mobile app the country of your SIM card, of the mobile network you are connected to and of your app store account, the country code of your phone number, the country of your bank account and the countries of your previous sign-ins. For this check we store only two-letter country codes, the time zone name and the result; we do not keep your IP address, city or location in this record. We do this to prevent fraud, to apply tax and invoicing rules correctly (for example the service-export VAT exemption) and to comply with sanctions. The legal bases are legal obligation and our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and (f); KVKK Art. 5/2-ç and 5/2-f). If your declaration strongly disagrees with the signals, we ask you to confirm it, and the related operation (for example a payout request) is reviewed by a person in our finance team; the check never leads to an automatic refusal on its own. Only connections from comprehensively sanctioned countries cannot register, pay or receive payouts. Raw IP addresses in security logs are kept for at most 180 days, after which only the country code remains; the IP on records that prove acceptance of the membership terms and electronic acceptance of contracts is kept for the limitation period of the claim the record proves. You can exercise your rights, including the right to object to a decision based solely on automated processing (GDPR Art. 22, KVKK Art. 11(g)), at [email protected].
Profiles, connected social accounts and authorised statistics, portfolios, preferences, proposals, messages, agreements, deliverables and publication links support discovery, matching and collaboration. Service-related profile fields are shown to other users; contractual, delivery and shipping information is accessible to authorised parties. Accepted terms, document revision, content digest, accepting account and event time are retained for contract performance and establishing, exercising or defending rights. Do not include another person’s private information or sensitive data unrelated to the task in messages or files.
Depending on the transaction, billing name, address, tax country/number, necessary identity or tax evidence, bank details and transaction records are processed for payment, accounting, fraud prevention and tax duties. These purposes rely on contract performance, specific legal obligations and, when needed, protecting rights. Unnecessary documents should not be requested. Web transactions use PayTR and bank channels, mobile subscriptions use Apple/Google stores, and electronic invoicing uses Turkcell e-Şirketim. Card/store authentication occurs within the relevant provider flow; your account receives the required status and references.
Messages, briefs and relevant profile or work information submitted to AI features may be processed to produce the requested suggestion or support response, including by a model service used for that feature, such as OpenAI. Do not submit passwords, confidential business material or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Suggestions can be wrong; verify consequential decisions and request human review through support. Choices for optional analytics, personalisation and promotional processing are presented separately. Necessary account, security and transaction messages are not bundled with advertising consent.
Where required, recipients can include hosting/storage infrastructure; Firebase/Google and Apple identity or notification services; Resend email services; the AI services used; payment, bank, store and invoicing providers; authorised collaboration parties, advisers and public authorities. Roles and data fields depend on the feature used. Infrastructure and providers outside Türkiye can involve cross-border processing. The applicable conditions for regular transfers must be satisfied separately: acknowledging this notice or accepting general terms is not transfer consent or a standard contractual clause agreement. You can request the recipients, countries and applicable basis for processing affecting you through our contact address. You can ask which recipients outside Türkiye receive your data and which safeguard applies at [email protected].
Data is kept for as long as necessary for its purpose. Account/profile retention depends on the account and service need; contract, payment and tax records depend on applicable recordkeeping and claims periods; security logs depend on the risk and investigation need. Access to records subject to a dispute or legal retention duty may be restricted; closing an account does not automatically erase these records. Other data is deleted, anonymised or restricted as appropriate. Access controls and technical and organisational safeguards are applied; absolute security is not guaranteed.
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion or information about processing. Depending on applicable law, objection, restriction, portability and rights concerning automated decisions may also apply. We may proportionately verify that a request is yours; do not send unnecessary identity documents. Requests are handled within the applicable statutory periods. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it prospectively without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. The country addition explains the relevant supervisory complaint route.
The brand/creator workspace is intended for users aged at least 18 who also have the required contractual capacity. Do not create an account for a child. Cookie and notification choices are managed through their respective controls. This page identifies the current notice revision and country/language context. Material changes are communicated through an appropriate channel; a new purpose requires a separate choice where required. Earlier contractual or consent records are not retrospectively replaced by new text.
This revision does not provide a separately reviewed national-law addition for this country. General terms do not override mandatory local consumer, advertising, privacy, copyright, tax or formal requirements governing the actual transaction. Language or country selection does not establish country-specific legal clearance, payment availability or universal contractual validity. Any necessary additional conditions must be clarified for the parties and applicable law.
