Mobicraft Dijital Teknolojiler Limited Şirketi Address: Ziya Gökalp Mah. Muhsin Ertuğrul Cad. No: 3, Başakşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye Contact and privacy requests: [email protected] Platform: influencermarket.tr and the Influencer Market mobile applications. These terms govern the platform service between the company and the user. Terms for a particular brand/agency–creator assignment are recorded separately in its collaboration agreement. You expressly accept these terms when registering; merely visiting a page does not give marketing or personal-data consent. The accepted revision, country/language context and transaction record are retained. Document language is separate from legal country. The country selection displays relevant additions; residence, tax residence, the place of service, the advertising audience and mandatory law remain relevant. Selecting a country does not activate a payment, tax or product capability. Consumer, data protection and other local rights that cannot lawfully be waived are preserved.
Users of the brand/creator workspace must be at least 18 and have contractual capacity under the applicable law. A person acting for a company or agency must have authority to represent it. Provide truthful, current identity, contact, country and necessary business information; do not impersonate others. Language, calling code or IP address alone does not establish residence or tax residence. Protect account access and report suspected misuse. Responsibility for account activity is assessed in light of actual authority and security circumstances, rather than automatically imposing all activity on the account holder.
The platform provides discovery, messaging, proposals, agreement records, delivery management and supported payment/reporting tools. The brand and creator are parties to the work; no sales, audience growth or collaboration outcome is guaranteed. The platform’s own service, collection and legal duties remain unaffected. Country, provider, store, verification and plan requirements can limit features. The platform does not thereby act as a bank, payment institution, lawyer or statutory mediator. Operational dispute review does not remove legal remedies.
You can work through a public listing or direct proposal. Fixed cash fees, gifted products/experiences, estimated product value and sales commission are separate terms. Do not enter a nominal cash fee for a non-cash arrangement. A positive signed fee is not cancelled by a free-text note describing it as nominal. Review the scope, publication dates and time zone, target markets, revisions, usage rights, product/shipping and commission conditions before acceptance. Changes must be presented to the counterparty; signed terms must not be unilaterally edited.
Web payments use enabled PayTR/bank channels; mobile subscriptions are purchased through the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play flow. The store offer determines store price, currency and displayed tax. Collaboration fees, platform charges, deductions, taxes and payment currency are shown for the transaction; a single rate or timetable does not apply worldwide. Unsupported foreign-currency or country/provider features cannot be used. Creator transfers depend on delivery, approval/disputes, verification, documentation and provider requirements. No bank escrow arrangement or guaranteed payment date is represented.
Plan features, term, price and any automatic renewal are displayed before purchase. Manage mobile subscriptions through the store where purchased; deleting the app does not cancel them. Web and store cancellation/refund channels are separate. Collaboration cancellation is assessed against completed work, product shipment, accepted terms, disputes and applicable law. Calling a service digital does not remove all withdrawal/refund rights. The separate cancellation/refund policy and transaction-specific pre-contract information apply together.
Unlawful products/services, undisclosed advertising, fake engagement, impersonation, fraud, discrimination, harassment and infringement are prohibited. Disclose payments, gifts and affiliate relationships clearly in the target market; do not claim personal experience of an unused product or make unsupported health, income or performance claims. Brands are responsible for their products and briefs; creators for their statements and content. Counterparty approval does not cure an unlawful claim. Do not bypass access controls or security measures.
Rights in uploaded content remain with the user or actual rights holder. The platform receives the limited permission necessary to deliver, store and display the service and sharing chosen by the user; independent advertising use or unrestricted rights transfer is not presumed. Brand usage rights depend on the agreed right, duration, territory, media, consideration and advertising permission. Required writing, qualified signature or other formalities must also be satisfied. Do not disclose trade secrets or private communications without permission or legal basis; necessary disclosures for legal duties or protecting rights remain available.
Necessary and proportionate access restrictions may be applied for security risks, unlawful activity or material breaches. Where legally and securely possible, reasons and a review route are provided. You may request review through support. Closing an account does not extinguish outstanding work or legal obligations; download required records first. Each party is responsible according to fault and applicable law. Intentional or grossly negligent conduct, mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded are not waived. No fixed uptime or absolute continuity guarantee is made.
Current revisions are published; material changes are appropriately communicated and renewed acceptance obtained where required. New text does not automatically change an already signed assignment. Support can assist with resolution, but using support does not suspend statutory deadlines or access to courts and regulators. Turkish law is the base law for the platform service, subject to mandatory local protections and country additions. There is no blanket requirement that every user must litigate exclusively in Istanbul.
This revision does not provide a separately reviewed national-law addition for this country. General terms do not override mandatory local consumer, advertising, privacy, copyright, tax or formal requirements governing the actual transaction. Language or country selection does not establish country-specific legal clearance, payment availability or universal contractual validity. Any necessary additional conditions must be clarified for the parties and applicable law.
