Structure a creator proposal around production, publication, advertising rights, revisions and applicable licensing checks.
There is no single price for every account or video. Filming time, number of variants, publication location and advertising licence term all change the work. A good proposal explains the deliverables and what needs a separate agreement without guaranteeing sales or search rankings.
Estimate the work first
Break down research, concept, preparation, filming, editing, translation, revisions and delivery. Add direct costs such as travel or studio hire where applicable. Separate production, any publication on the creator's account, and permission for the brand to use the content on its own channels or in ads. This is a way to clarify scope, not a mandatory pricing formula.
State currency, payment timing, revision rounds, when the brand will provide materials and what happens if a major change or reshoot is requested after approval. If exclusivity is requested, discuss the category, territory, duration and effect on the fee.
Example proposal structure
| Item | Include in the proposal |
|---|---|
| Deliverable | One vertical video with Arabic subtitles and specified dimensions |
| Timeline | Product receipt, filming, draft and final delivery dates |
| Revisions | Number of rounds, scope of edits and reshoots |
| Publication | Account, platform and date if included |
| Usage | Channels, countries, duration and agreed paid advertising |
| Financial terms | Itemised fees, applicable tax and invoicing, payment dates |
Follower count alone does not determine production costs or licence value. Consult an appropriate specialist about tax and contract requirements, especially for cross-border work.
Check licensing and disclosure before accepting
The official Mawthooq page describes the service's requirements and additional conditions for residents or foreign investors. Check your situation and product approvals. Use the Ministry's guide to plan clear Arabic disclosure within the content, and retain agreements and evidence for claims.
Does a free product replace an agreement? A product alone does not define delivery dates, reuse rights or disclosure requirements. Put terms in writing and check applicable rules before publication.
